Sweet Green Banana Smoothie
1 banana,
12 oz pineapple-orange juice,
Small handfull baby spinach or spring mix,
8-10 strawberries,
2 packets Splenda
That's it! Add all ingredients for your green smoothie into a blender and puree on high for 2 minutes. Faster than a drive thru! You are set and ready to go into your new healthy lifestyle.
