Peaches are an old southern favorite. Pies and ice creams made with these delicious fruits are the most favorite. I think smoothies will soon be up there with them. Buying a smoothie at a restaurant is usually not a good idea. Restaurants and their food suppliers are in business to make a profit and they will stop at nothing, including your health, to make as much profit as poissible. They pack and inject all of their food with fat, salt, and sugar which are the cheapest of ingredients. Then they add alot of coloring and flavoring to make things look pretty and edible.
