1 cup of frozen strawberries,

1 frozen banana pealed and chopped,

1 cup vanilla yogurt,

1 cup vanilla soy milk,

Put all ingredients into the blender and blend thoroughly for at least one minute. Garnish with fresh strawberries. Enjoy
