The Katy Smoothie
Cute: 16 strawberries,
Energetic: 1 scoop protein powder,
Fun: 16 oz vanilla soymilk,
Adventurous: 1-6oz container lowfat yogurt,
Add in 1 kiwi fruit and a dash of honey then add ice while blending to attain desired smoothieness.
